16- This wonderful specimen have crystals of Dolomite and calcite with curved faces and edges. They cover a group of cubic crystals of Fluorite with a fasntastic color. A elegant specimen for the locality. It is in fantastic shape overall, only a few clean cleavage planes in the calcites. The specimen have traslucency with an strong light at the rear. 15- I just love the unique aesthetics of this Moscona piece: the shape of the matrix is so cute! The contrast between the honey fluorite and the white dolomite is very pleasant. No damage is visible to the unaided eye, a few minute edge chipping is visible under 20x magnification. Nothing that detract. Superb luster! Sits perfectly, superb display in all angles! 14- This incredible dramatic specimen, about 16 centimeters across, is just amazing to me in that it survived the dynamite explosions in the mine. I think the aesthetics speak for itself. It is a fantastic cluster of calcite crystals with scattered barite xls. The limestone matrix have also small yellow fluorite crystals. Damage is limited to the back side (from removal from the matrix) ,and the display face is perfect! It is almost impossible to find such large piece free of damage in this mine. Measures: 15 x 9 cm.
